Qing Yue works in a UN Organization in Trieste, Italy (International Centre for Theoretical Physics, ICTP) and since 1996 has been the coordinator of its Cultural Committee and "the Centre's Art Gallery" promoting art, photography & cultural events.
Since 1999 she has been exhibiting her works in art exhibitions in Italy and abroad.
